How many items come in my order?

Every box contains 10 or more clothing items. Pair items are counted as ONE item. So it is possible you will receive more than 10 individual articles of clothing. We don’t ‘fluff’ your box with any accessories.


How often do you get new clothes/inventory?

We always have a rotating inventory of roughly half a million pieces! We do our best to capitalize on any offerings that will better our inventory. You can always count on new, seasonal styles and inventory in your monthly boxes.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

No way, we’ve got you covered. Shipping is free with all monthly memberships and single orders. Shipping is currently limited to the contiguous 48 states. We apologize for any inconvenience.


Do you ship outside of the United States?

Unfortunately, we don’t at the moment. We hope this is a service we can offer in the future. For now, our shipping is limited to the contiguous 48 US states.


What if I don’t like the items?

We’re confident you’ll love the items our maids pick out for you, they’re veterans!

Because these clothing items are all shelf-pulls and closeouts, they’re extremely varied and unique. Although we’ll try, we cannot guarantee you’ll like every item we send you. However, we do guarantee that all items are new & not returns, making for great resale material.

Remember, although you may not like the item, your customers may love it! The old adage “one man’s trash is another man’s treasure” is very true!

What brand names do you carry?

We carry literally thousands of name brands, way too many to list here. The simple answer is any mid to mid-high tier brand you would find at major department stores like Nordstrom, Dillard’s and Macy’s, we’re likely to have at any given time. (See sample boxes on homepage).


What is ‘boutique-label’ apparel?

Great question. These are the craft, small-batch brands you’re likely to find at your local fashionable boutique. There’s thousands of these artisan brands throughout the US, and most are just as (or more) high-quality and fashionable as the most popular brand-name apparel. (See sample boxes on homepage).


How will you guys know what items I want for my customers?

Our maids read minds! Just kidding, that’s what your personal profile is for. Simply fill out your profile, and our maids will use their experience and your specifications to formulate a perfect box for your customers!

Can I ask for specific brands?

You definitely can! And we will do what we can to incorporate them, however everything is based on availability. It is also unsustainable to request all your items be only one or two specific brands. Our maids do their best to meet your criteria, but we specialize in providing an assortment of brands and styles. And again, everything is based on availability at the time your order is filled.


Is all the clothing new?

All the clothing you receive will be in new condition. Some items even come poly-bagged. It all depends on when it was pulled from the department store or boutique. Please bear in mind all clothing has been exposed to a retail environment, so it may not be in perfect condition.


Are items damaged or store returns?

All clothing items are either closeouts or shelf-pulls. This means they have all been exposed to a retail environment (to the public). Most clothes have been handled numerous times, and possibly tried-on, as is common when exposed to customers. Although they are new items with tags, they may have slight imperfections or signs of handling and wear (tried-on). We do our best to vet-out any items that are damaged or unsalvageable.

What type of items come in my order?

When it comes to women’s apparel, we just about carry it all. For the moment, we are not offering undergarments in your boxes (bras and underwear), but we carry mostly everything else.

Can I update my merchandise preferences?

Absolutely. Simply submit a ‘profile update’ form on this page: Profile Update. The updates will be applied to your next month’s box.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your customer account found on our website header, clicking on ‘subscriptions’, then clicking ‘cancel subscription’. Once you cancel, you will not be billed for the next monthly cycle.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually processed and shipped 1-3 business days after received.

We typically ship USPS Priority Mail, so most orders take 5-8 business days to arrive from the date your order was placed.


What is your refund policy?

We’re sorry, but we do not offer any refunds or returns. However, if you’re unhappy with the items in your box, we can offer you a one-time $25 credit towards your next monthly subscription or individual purchase. These are resale items, so you can always at a minimum sell over your purchase price.
